Who we are

Cartwise (https://cartwise.com.au) is operated by Alliluddin Shaik (ABN 69 400 833 775). In these terms, “we” and “us” means that business, and “you” means you, the visitor.

What this site is

Cartwise is an information service. We collect product and pricing information from retailers and their affiliate networks, match the same product across sellers, and rank the offers by delivered price. We are not a shop. We do not sell anything, hold stock, take payment, or ship goods.

When you choose to buy, you leave our site and transact directly with the retailer. Your purchase is governed by that retailer's terms, and any issue with your order, payment, delivery, warranty, refund or return is between you and them.

Prices and information

We work hard to keep prices accurate, but pricing and availability change constantly and our data can lag behind the retailer. Prices are indicative only. Always check the final price on the retailer's site before buying.The retailer's website is the source of truth, not ours.

Nothing on this site is financial, legal or professional advice. Our rankings and recommendations are general information based on the data we hold, and do not take account of your personal circumstances.

Affiliate relationships

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Scrape, harvest or bulk-copy our content or data without written permission.
• Interfere with the site, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to it.
• Use the site for anything unlawful, or in a way that harms other users.

Our content

The design, text, comparison logic and original articles on this site belong to us. Product names, images, logos and trademarks belong to their respective owners and are used to identify products.

Third-party links

Our site links to retailers and other third parties. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content, terms, or how they handle your data.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia, and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that state.
